Booking Process

Choose the plan and optional items. Consult with CS and place an order online.

2. Confirm Location and Time

Medtimes Medical Group will call the customer to confirm the location and appointment time.

3. Receive Email

After confirming the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. Notes for Check Up will be sent by Medtimes Medical Group . If you do not receive it, please contact online CS.

4. Go Health Check

Please bring your ID card or passport to the designated centre to receive the service.

5. Health Check Report

The health check report is generally available within 10-14 working days.

6. Regarding Receipts

After payment, an e-receipt will be issued by mediQ. If you need a hard copy receipt mailed, please contact online CS.

Terms and Conditions

The validity period of the health check plan is 6 months (from the date of payment confirmation). You must undergo the relevant health check within the validity period; otherwise, it will be deemed void.

For cancellations or changes, please submit your request and contact online CS before 4:00 PM three days before the health check date.

Service/product purchased using promotional codes, coupons and promotional offers are subject to the terms of the relevant promotional offer, including refund policy and completion of the service within the specified date.

All optional items cannot be changed once the reservation is confirmed by phone.

For additional items, the person undergoing the additional tests must be the same as the one covered by the plan.

In case of any dispute, mediQ and Medtimes Medical Services Centre reserve the right to make the final decision.
