This Best Price Guarantee (this "Price Guarantee") is only applicable to the health check services that have been specially remarked for Best Price Guarantee on this website(the "Guaranteed Services").We, MediQ Health Service (Asia) Limited, promise to refund DOUBLE the difference if you find a lower price offered by any other company in relation to the relevant Guaranteed Services based on the terms and conditions below! We are committed to providing clear, honest and transparent pricing on all our deals. For this reason, we will list all service-related fees in detail, so you'll never have to worry about additional costs.

We are serious and confident in our belief in the Price Guarantee. So if you find the same service is offering a lower price and notify us within 1 month of ordering, we will refund double the difference in the form of Q-Dollar Credits into your mediQ account, which will be used for purchases again.

How to request a refund?

You only have to obtain proof of the lower price, such as a receipt, price list, leaflet, website link, screenshot etc., provide 1. Orderer name and 2. Order number, email to cs@mediq.com.hk. When we receive the email, we will review and refund DOUBLE the difference value as Q-Dollar Credits to your member account after verification of your eligibility. The general refund process takes at least fourteen (14) working days to complete.

Terms & Conditions

  • Regarding the same service ("Same Service"), it means that all included content must be consistent with the Guaranteed Services by our Platform. This includes same servicing content, Supplier, duration of service (valid period or specified day), number of service items, etc.
  • This Same Service must be obtained from the retail channel that the supplier provides to the public.
  • This "Price Guarantee" does not apply to any discounts obtained from third-party or special offers obtained by us through membership programs, corporate discounts, group promotions and special promotions.
  • Due to certain provider restrictions, this Price Guarantee only applies to the Guaranteed Services that display this tag on the servicing page.
  • If your order has used the promo code or e-coupon, the refund amount for the difference will be calculated based on the price of the promo code and e-coupon that has been deducted.
  • If you find a better price for the Same Service, please take a screenshot and notify us within one (1) month after the order of the Guaranteed Services, and clearly display the screenshot date, servicing provider, plan name, plan link, plan items and price etc for verification.
  • Refunds of the price difference transaction will be credited to your member account in Q-Dollar points.
  • We reserve the right to verify details of the lower price where possible.
  • We reserve the final right to suspend, modify or terminate this event and/or any of the T&C without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of we shall be final.

Money Back Guarantee

We want you to feel comfortable ordering services provided by us through our platform, and if your order turns out not to suit you for any reason, just simply get in touch with mediQ Customer Service and we may cancel your order unconditionally and issue a full refund after you apply for refund in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Money BackGuarantee (this “Guarantee”). This Guarantee is only applicable to the services specially remarked with "Money Back Guarantee" through our website (the “Guaranteed Services”).

How to request a refund?

You shall return the original receipt together with gift awarded for your order and provide 1. Orderer's name and 2. Order number and 3. Cancellation Reason for verification. Once you receive the cancellation confirmation notice, we will refund the paid amount to your credit card or the relevant payment account, which you used to settle the payment. The general refund process takes approximately fourteen (14) working days to complete.

Terms & Conditions

  • The refund request can be applied for once only in respect of each type of Guaranteed Services. When the same type of Guaranteed Services has been ordered multiple times, the refund request shall be regarded as based on the amount of the most recent order record.
  • During the refund application, the relevant Guaranteed Service will be suspended. You must return the original receipt and gift (if any) due to the order within seven (7) days.
  • Once receiving all the required documents, the refund request will be accepted after our verification of your refund request eligibility. The order, the original receipt and the reward, membership level and Q-Dollar obtained by the relevant order will be cancelled.
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the discounted paid price and will be refunded to the credit card or related payment account which you used to settle the payment.
  • If you have used Q-Dollar for the order, the Q-Dollar will be returned to your member account with the same conditions (including the expiry date and terms of use).
  • Under no circumstances any promo code or e-coupon used for the purchase will not be returned or reissued to you.
  • If you cannot return the original receipt, the refund request will not be accepted; if the gift is unreturned, used or damaged, an amount equivalent to the gift must be paid before accepting your refund request.
  • This Money Back Guarantee only applies to the Guaranteed Services that display this tag on the servicing page.
  • We reserve the final right to suspend, modify or terminate this event and/or any of the T&C without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of we shall be final.
